To ask the Minister for Health whether artificial intelligence or automated decision support tools are used in any part of a service ( SpunOut/L50808 crisis text service ), including message triage, risk assessment, suggested responses, or supervision of counsellors; if so, the specific functions performed by AI; the safeguards in place to prevent inappropriate or unsafe use; and whether any independent clinical or ethical review has been conducted on the deployment of such technologies.
