To ask the Minister for Health if Tullamore Hospital is currently prevented for outsourcing work to clear the orthopaedic waiting list, which holds 297 people; if, as a result, patients are prevented from using available services, such as the National Treatment Purchase Fund, to have surgeries completed; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
