Summary
To ask the Minister for Health whether the HSE review of its 2017 position paper on wind turbines will be explicitly required to assess the most up-to-date peer-reviewed scientific evidence and the latest WHO environmental noise guidelines; and whether she will publish confirmation of the evidentiary standards being applied, in order to provide long-term regulatory certainty and facilitate the timely delivery of renewable energy projects; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
