To ask the Minister for Health what arrangements are in place to ensure that the HSE review of its 2017 position paper on wind turbines is conducted independently, transparently and in accordance with best practice in public health assessment; and whether there will be an opportunity for relevant stakeholders, including communities and planning authorities, to make submissions on implementation issues, while safeguarding the scientific integrity of the evidence review; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
