To ask the Minister for Health to outline who is conducting the current review of the HSE's 2017 position paper on wind turbines and public health; the terms of reference governing this review; the expertise represented on the review group, including public health and environmental noise specialists; and when these details will be published, in order to support public confidence and planning certainty for renewable energy infrastructure; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
