To ask the Minister for Health the oversight her Department has of the approach taken by a hospital (Dublin Dental University Hospital) in allocating patients for treatment based on teaching and training availability; the measures which are in place to ensure that patient access to accident and emergency care, secondary care and specialist dental services is maintained in line with service demand; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
