To ask the Minister for Health whether consideration is being given to reviewing policies in maternity hospitals regarding overnight access for partners or a nominated support person following childbirth; whether guidance has issued to maternity services on this matter, particularly in cases involving traumatic births or caesarean sections; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
