To ask the Minister for Health the actions that have been taken by the HSE and National Ambulance Service following recent media reports concerning allegations of sexual assault involving a serving member of the National Ambulance Service; the safeguarding procedures currently in place where serious allegations are made against staff members; the supports available to employees who report misconduct or harassment; the measures being taken to address concerns regarding workplace culture within the service; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
