To ask the Minister for Children; Disability and Equality the number of adults with an intellectual disability currently living with family carers who have no approved future residential or care plan in place; the number of such persons aged over 25 years with high or profound support needs awaiting appropriate placements; the steps being taken to ensure continuity of care where a primary family carer becomes incapacitated or dies; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
