To ask the Minister for Health to provide details of the retention and emigration of newly qualified doctors and nurses for each graduation year since 2010 to date in 2025; the number who entered HSE employment within one year of qualification; the number who emigrated or were not practising in Ireland within two years; and the data sources used to monitor these figures (e.g., Medical Council, Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, CSO, or Revenue employment records).
