To ask the Minister for Health the number of European Health Insurance cards issued by the HSE in the past seven years to date in 2026; the median time in 2026 to dispatch cards from time of application; the number of instances in which the cards were used in the past three years and to date in 2026; and the liability and or costs incurred in respect of their use.
