GP Circular NCO-13-2026 PCI Recording Update

GP Circular NCO-13-2026 reimbursement within the PCI programme. For babies born on or after 1st October 2025, claims are also being sent electronically to PCRS for payment. For Children born before 1st October 2025 and vaccines administered from 1st December 2025, once the vaccine record is entered into your accredited GP PMS/GPVax, this will be automatically transmitted to NIIS. The Local Health/Immunisation Offices will use the information from NIIS to continue local processing of payments for these children. Therefore there is no longer a requirement for GPs to submit these claims to the Local Health/Immunisation Office.
