People

HSE People is the team responsible for providing support, direction and advice to all areas of the health service relating to staffing and staff issues. The team recognises that all HSE staff are important in delivering an effective health service.

This team focuses putting the Health Services People Strategy 2019-2024 into action. This strategy helps to grow and nurture current and future members of HSE staff.

The goal is to give safer and better healthcare, while adding value for staff and the public.
