Access and Integration

The Access and Integration team works closely with the Health Regions, the Clinical Directorate and the Planning and Performance function to support and enable the Health Regions to deliver on their operational responsibilities and other identified priorities.

A key role of the Access and Integration team is to drive national improvement programmes across hospital and community services by enabling the Health Regions and providing assurance to the CEO on matters arising, underpinned by a focus on improving care and patient outcomes.
