Published: 6 August 2025
Health and Wellbeing HSE South West, in collaboration with the Family Resource Centre National Forum (FRCNF), is proud to announce the return of the Living Well programme. This is a free, 6–week, group self-management programme for adults with chronic or long-term health conditions.
The partnership aims to bring this empowering Self-management programme back into communities across Cork and Kerry. Welcoming the renewed collaboration, Maeve Carmody, HSE Self-management Support Coordinator, stated: “The return of the Living Well programme reflects our commitment to accessible, community-based support for people managing chronic conditions and the HSE Southwest’s recognition of the importance of supporting people to self-manage”
Joining the initiative is Gemma Kingston, newly appointed Living Well Coordinator with FRCNF. Gemma brings extensive experience in mental health recovery and holistic wellbeing, adding valuable insight and care to the programme’s delivery.
