Also taking the stage is Daniella Moyles a psychotherapist, writer, mum, and founder of @the.stll, who brings a unique perspective on mental health, self-care, and growth.

The event also includes a panel featuring three Clinical Directors from HSE Mental Health Services, along with contributions from the President of the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland and the College’s Director of Communications and Public Education.
