The role of the Team Leader is to work alongside and lead a staff team in a commuinty residence where each person is supported to live an ordinary life. The Team Leader will work a residential roster and will have experience of working with people with intellectual disabilities. You will be a person centred professional who wants to make a differnce to the lives of persons you support.
