Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience working in a busy hospital environment which has involved interacting in a professional manner with management and other key internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrate depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in relation to HACCP and have a working knowledge of Catering within an acute hospital setting - also Infection Prevention and Control requirements in a Hospital environment.
