There is one specified purpose 24 months whole time vacancy available.
The successful candidate will be based on one of the two main Dublin & South East Regional Technology & Transformation sites. If based in Kilkenny the post holder will be required to travel to the Dublin Office regularly and as required.

• Dublin (Corporate Office) Iveagh Building, Carrickmines Park, Carrickmines, Dublin, D18 X015.
• Lacken Offices, Dublin Road, Kilkenny.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for the DSE T&T Applications Support Lead Grade VII from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. Please note, the lifespan of this panel is dependent on the new restructuring within the HSE.

Post specific related information
• ITIL qualification and/or experience.
• Change Management related qualification and/or related experience in software application change coordination.
• Service support delivery management experience.
• Knowledge on ICT procedures and regulations.
• Experience and knowledge on hospital/healthcare systems and familiarity with medical terminology.
