The Staff Nurse (Enhanced Role) will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, effective and person-centred care to patients admitted to the Acute Virtual Ward (AVW). The post holder will work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and implement coordinated care for acutely ill patients being cared for virtually in their home environment using remote health monitoring technology, clinical judgement, and evidence-based practice.
