Post specific related information
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an acute setting within the last 3 years is essential.
• Basic knowledge and confidence in the use of technology is required, with the ability to support patients in using remote monitoring platforms and digital self-management tools. (Comprehensive training on the bespoke virtual ward technology will be provided to successful applicants.
