• Demonstrate experience of working with children with a complex disability needs
• Demonstrate ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role - The post holder will need to have appropriate access to transport to fulfil the requirements of the role.
CDNT1: Details of Service for the post: The post is based on the Children's Disability Network Team, Bru Chaoimhin. This team works with children and young people with complex needs requiring an interdisciplinary/ transdisciplinary team model focusing on the ICF-CY adapted “f words” functioning, family, fitness, fun, friends and future. The team are flexible and dynamic and use evidence based practice and good practice to ensure best outcomes for service users. The team work across clinic, school, home and community settings. The clinic is based in Dublin City Centre and benefits from easy access to a wide variety of amenities, it is easily accessible by public transport and there is free parking available.
