About the Role
As a Social Care Worker / Support Worker, you will:
• Provide person-centred support in a home environment
• Assist with daily living and personal care (where required)
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice
• Support social, recreational, and community activities
• Build positive, trusting relationships with residents (Core Members)
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a welcoming community
What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible, reliable, and positive attitude
• Commitment to high-quality care and safeguarding
Requirements
• QQI Level 6 (or higher) in Social Care- registered with CORU
• Experience in disability services (desirable)
• Full clean driving licence (desirable)
• Eligibile to work in Ireland
Additional Information
• Garda vetting required

• Work across houses may be required
