Assessment and treatment of older persons with a minimum of 6 months clinical
experience working in older persons in an Adult Acute Hospital / Rehabilitation Hospital
Setting.
• Demonstrate experience in the assessment and treatment of patients with complex
rehabilitation needs during/following prolonged hospital admission
• Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the area of
older persons/frailty
