Demonstrate depth & breadth of experience in supporting children and young people with an intellectual disability and/or complex needs and their families/carers.
Demonstrate depth & breadth of experience in providing a holistic, person-centred approach in advising, assessing, and empowering individuals and their families and carers as part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team and providing support, guidance, and leadership to PQSWs and others.
