Demonstrate depth and breadth of nursing experience in the area of Specialist Palliative Care Nursing.
Access to appropriate transport is an essential requirement to the post as a significant portion of the appointees work will be carried out “off-site”. This means that the appointee will travel to patient’s home/ place of residence and community hubs to perform duties related to the role.
