Aurora are seeking a key driver and champion to support people in living fulfilling, self-determined lives. The PIC will lead daily operations in collaboration with their line manager, acting as a central communicator for families, multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and the community. Flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to our vision are essential. Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care, or Nursing (Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General, or Children’s) and a relevant management qualification is required.
