The successful candidate will be based on one of the two main Dublin & South East Regional Technology & Transformation (DSE T&T) sites with potential opportunities for hybrid working in line with the HSE’s blended working policy. If based in Kilkenny the post holder will be required to travel to the Dublin Office regularly and as required

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade VI DSE T&T Project Support Officer from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. Please note, the lifespan of this panel is dependent on the new restructuring within the HSE

Post specific related information
• Experience of working on and supporting the delivery of projects.
• Significant experience in the creation of professional documents and reports, as relevant to the role.
• Experience of working collaboratively with stakeholders. • Access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role as this post will involve travel.
• Flexibility, as some out of hours working may be required.
• The successful candidate must achieve certification in a formal project management methodology, (i.e. PRINCE2; PMP, etc.) within 6 months of appointment.
