Post specific related information
Experience of working with young people and or in mental health is desirable but previous CAMHS experience is not essential.
Knowledge of the COG (CAMHS Operational Guideline updated 2025) is important. All mandatory training and service policies will be made available by the HSE free of charge as part of induction.
As a member of a multi-Disciplinary team and after a period of induction, the candidate will be expected in time to join the rota for screening new referrals in conjunction with Psychiatry and the chairing of MDT meeting along with key working duties.
Transport is required to facilitate community home & school visits and Dept. meetings.
