Tuam Health Centre, Co Galway
Westport Primary Care Centre, Co Mayo
A supplementary panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Occupational Therapist Senior (Paediatrics, Primary Care) HSE West and North West Community Service (Galway/Mayo/Roscommon) from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Post specific related information
Demonstrate the depth and breadth of your experience in Paediatric Occupational Therapy in a primary care setting.
Demonstrate clinical expertise in the comprehensive assessment and intervention in a primary care population.
Demonstrate capacity to critically evaluate interventions and ensure that service implements up to date evidence based practice.
Demonstrate ability to work as part of Multi-Disciplinary Team to develop the range of primary care supports and services within the network areas and as part of a wider OT team.
