A high level of clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the senior role in the clinical area/s chosen. There should also be evidence of completion of CPD which is relevant to the clinical area chosen.
Demonstration of a depth and breadth of experience for the care group relevant to the roles available. The following will form part of the interview process within this campaign.
• Primary Care to include Adult, Older Persons and Paediatric service
• Social Care to include Adult and Older Persons including Residential Care / ICTOP / Reablement / Falls / MTRR / Rehabilitation / MASS
