Demonstrated depth and breadth of clinical knowledge, experience and evidence based practice in acute orthopaedic care.
Demonstration of splinting competence will be required at interview. Candidates will need to bring a splint they have designed and be prepared to explain the clinical rationale for its use within a case scenario.Demonstrate Minimum of 12 months’ satisfactory post registration Orthopaedic experience in the assessment, intervention, and discharge planning of general acute orthopaedic presentations (or equivalent relevant acute experience).
Demonstrate Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in the acute setting with older adults, including those with cognitive impairments (e.g., dementia, delirium), with competence in cognitive and functional assessment
