The post holder will need to be able to demonstrate the depth and breadth of their experience in the following areas:
• Providing a high quality and effective Mental Health Occupational Therapy service.
• Providing clinical supervision governance to and providing leadership to Mental Health Occupational Therapy Staff.
• Developing Occupational Therapy Mental Health Services including new clinical areas/ projects.
• Working collaboratively with Team Members from the different disciplines within the Mental Health setting.
• Managing competing priorities in a demanding environment.
