The Regional Paediatric Lead for Trauma Services will work with the National Clinical Lead for Trauma Services, The CHI Lead for Paediatric Trauma Services, the National Office for Trauma Services and key stakeholders nationally, regionally and locally to further develop, implement and optimise paediatric trauma pathways and services across the trauma system.
The Regional Lead will have a particular focus on progressing trauma pathways in the Non-CHI governed Trauma Units working closely with the CHI Paediatric Trauma Lead in terms of pathway integration and promoting national standards, education and training.
