Technology & Transformation currently have a number of offices throughout Ireland and it is expected that the successful candidate will work from one of these locations.

The line manager is open to engagement in respect of flexibility around location subject to reaching agreement on a minimum level of availability to attend meetings in other nationwide locations as appropriate to carry out the functions of the post and in line with the HSE’s Blended Working Policy.

• Have a recognised professional qualification in a Health and Social Care Profession (Note 1)

And

• Have a minimum of five years (or aggregate of 5 yrs.) post qualification work experience within their profession which has included significant strategic management experience or other significant professional leadership experience at senior level.

• Experience of implementing and/or supporting complex, transformative digital healthcare initiatives involving innovation, change, and improvement.
• Experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enable partnership and engagement with others at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience in working on digital clinical safety as part of the management of all aspects of patient safety risk relating to Digital Health programmes of work
• Experience in clinical data management that supports standardisation of data and documentation, develops consistency in documentation, enables interoperability across healthcare systems, and improved data-driven decision-making.
