• Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in drawing up specifications, procurement and maintenance/commissioning of Building projects, in a healthcare setting, as relevant to the role.
• Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience of producing and reading of CAD drawings for new projects and the installation of new equipment as relevant to the role.
• Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in the management of a small maintenance team, as relevant to the role.
