The overall purpose and objectives of the post of Maintenance Foreman will be the management and co-ordination of all maintenance matters in an effective, efficient and timely manner. The post holder will be a team leader with a proactive approach in meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction is delivered.
The post holder will work closely with:
- Hospital General Manager office
- Area Managers in Mental Health Services
- Local Administrators in Community Care
- Directors of Nursing office
- Estate Manager
- Project Manager(s)
- Estates Staff
- External service providers
