Post specific related information

A relevant third-level qualification in Health or Social Care,
At least 4-years post-graduate experience in a health or social care setting, including residential or community rehabilitation,
Minimum 3-years’ experience leading and managing staff teams, with a focus on performance manager and development.
Strong communication skills – verbal, written, report writing, and presentation – with fluency in English.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and meet service goals.
Confident decision-maker with sound judgement, attention to details, and a hands-on approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with solid IT and budgeting skills.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to undertake management/leadership training if not already completed.
