Panels may be formed as a result of this campaign for Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Psychotherapy) from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled for the Dublin South East region, which includes, Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford & Wexford. Please note, the lifespan of this panel is dependent on the new restructuring within the HSE.

1.Advanced Clinical Practice in Psychotherapy
Demonstrate depth and breadth of evidence in delivering evidence -based psychotherapy interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR or other evidence-based modalities) to individuals with complex mental health needs. This should include autonomous practice and complex decision-making, including assessment, formulation, intervention, and evaluation of outcomes.
2.Clinical Leadership and Service Development
Demonstrate experience in leading or contributing to service development, change management or implementation of psychotherapy or mental health initiatives, including impact on access to care, service quality and service delivery.
3.Clinical Governance, Supervision and Quality Improvement
Demonstrate experience of clinical governance in psychotherapy practice, including clinical supervision, risk management, audit and/or quality improvement initiatives in line with national policy, NMBI standards and local PPPGs.
