• Significant working experience that has involved dealing with HR matters e.g., Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Case Management etc. as relevant to the role.

• Significant experience managing and/or delivering complex HR services in a large organisation, meeting tight deadlines and competing demands.

• Significant experience managing and delivering change in a complex environment, within a large organisation, prioritising work load to meet tight deadlines and competing demands as well as delivering operational excellence

• Have a proven ability to manage and deliver effective HR strategies as relevant to the role
