• A third-level qualification (Level 8 or higher on the NFQ) in a relevant discipline such as Healthcare Management, Service Improvement, Public Health, or a related field.
• Significant senior management experience in a planning, performance, or service improvement role, with demonstrated responsibility for leading service delivery, managing organisational performance, delivering on KPIs, and driving large-scale improvement programmes across complex healthcare settings.
