• Significant experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Experience managing programme governance and reporting arrangements.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and benefits realisation.
• Experience leading organisational change and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing third-party delivery partners.
• Experience developing executive reports, briefing papers and governance documentation.
• Understanding of the Irish healthcare sector and health service reform.
• Understanding of Digital for Care 2030 and Sláintecare priorities.
• Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to professional development and are encouraged to obtain a recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile Practitioner) within two years of appointment.
