Candidates must have at the latest date of application:
• Demonstrate a record of delivering end to end change initiatives, working in a complex environment supported by an in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and strong interpersonal and communications ability
• Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to the role
• Demonstrate financial experience including IFMS and procurement
• Demonstrate strong evidence of ability to engage and negotiate with external vendors
