A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade VII Senior Communications Officer, Communications and Public Affairs Team, HSE Dublin and South East from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Have access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role
•
Significant experience in a senior communications role in a large complex environment, encompassing some or all of the following; public affairs both local and national, media relations, corporate communications, public relations, public information campaigns or digital media
•
Experience working in a press office or similar fast-paced media led and / or a high volume parliamentary affairs environment
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the political system, parliamentary procedures, and the legislative process in the context of the Irish health service.
• Proven track record of engaging effectively with a range of audiences, and managing a broad cross section of internal clients and competing demands
