Applicants must, at the latest date of application, clearly demonstrate, all of the criteria listed below as relevant to the role:
• Excellent knowledge of CRM campaign management direct to consumer audience using Salesforce CRM platform with multi step, multi-channel automated customer journeys.
• Proven track record delivering multi-channel communication campaigns or engagement programmes; include details of end-to-end customer journeys undertaken and delivered, content development, testing, audience segmentation, use of control groups and optimisation.
• Extensive experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and vendors managing end to end relationships within complex environments.
• Extensive experience managing end to end relationships with external vendors as relevant to the role.
