The line manager is open to engagement in respect of flexibility around the expected level of on-site attendance required at one of the below hubs, in the context of the requirements of this role and the HSE’s Blended Working Policy and subject to reaching an agreement on a minimum level of availability to attend meetings in other nationwide locations as appropriate to carry out the functions of the post.

§ Regional Operations – Experience in technologies to deliver services across Acute and Community environments with experience of programme delivery.
§ Datacentre Operations – Experience in design of core infrastructure environments.
§ Emergency Services – Experience in design and build of core Emergency Services technologies.
§ Infrastructure & New Builds – Experience in Design of technology infrastructure to support new and existing facilities.
§ Core (Fixed) Telephony – Experience of SIP Delivery and delivering enterprise voice solutions.
§ Cellular Mobile Technologies - Experience of Cellular technologies (e.g. 5G/MDM/Identity Management).
§ Unified Communications – Experience in collaboration tools (e.g. Webex etc.)

§ Compute – Server / Storage Solutions
§ Sysadmin – Microsoft / Linux
§ Implementation

o Office 365
§ Microsoft 365 Administration & Support
§ Service Delivery & Operations
§ Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting and Incident Management
§ Collaboration & Productivity Platforms

o Cloud Technology Platforms
§ Azure - delivering, supporting, and governing enterprise Azure cloud platforms and services.
§ AWS – supporting AWS environments, including infrastructure, IAM, security, monitoring, and service optimization.
§ Azure DevOps - managing DevOps boards, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and cloud application deployments.
§ Terraform - provisioning and governing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
§ Oracle – OCI

And
• Experience in working on ICT projects which involved multidisciplinary and multiagency teams.
• Significant experience supporting infrastructure changes through formal change management processes, including testing, implementation and operational handover activities
• Proven ability to produce clear technical documentation, policy artefacts and incident reports
