• Demonstrate significant experience of working in a Human Resources role which has included implementing HR policies and procedures, recruitment, employee relations, absence management, performance management and provision of HR guidance and advice to line managers.
• Demonstrate significant experience of working in a busy environment which has involved working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate experience of developing, implementing and maintaining HR Standard Operating Procedures.
• Demonstrate experience of recruitment and selection procedures as relevant to the role
