Post specific related information
• Demonstrable experience in Medical Workforce preferably within the HSE or an equivalent public health environment, including knowledge of medical staffing structures and contracts.
• Experience of employment control and Consultant approval processes desirable, including coordination of submissions, governance requirements and progression of actions to implementation (e.g., RCECC/CAAC and associated system updates).
• Proven experience liaising with multiple stakeholders (e.g., sites, NDTP, National Clinical Programme Leads, senior management and clinicians).
• Strong data management and reporting capability, including maintaining and quality assuring datasets, developing/maintaining trackers, and producing accurate management information and returns to support workforce governance and decision-making.
• Working knowledge of employment legislation and HSE HR policies and procedures relevant to the role.
• A degree of flexibility in approach to working hours is required to ensure deadlines are met.
• Access to own transport is needed to allow for travel to sites as needed.
