Post specific related information
• Experience and a strong working knowledge of the statutory and policy frameworks governing Freedom of Information (FOI), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Acts 1998–2018, and the national Your Service, Your Say (YSYS) complaints procedures.
• Have working knowledge of HSE Incident Management Framework, Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) Standards, Data protection regulations, National Open Disclosure policy, Civil Liability Act and Patient Safety Act.
• Experience in managing and coordinating legal claims, including clinical negligence, public liability and employer liability claims.
Have satisfactory experience of working within a multidisciplinary team and experience of liaise effectively with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
