Post specific related information
Experience delivering multiple service improvement projects within healthcare settings, managing competing priorities, engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders and progressing initiatives through established governance frameworks.
Strong knowledge of scheduled care pathways and performance management, including access to care, waiting list management, patient flow, KPI development and the use of data to support evidence-based decision making.
Proven capability in change management and communication, including service redesign, policy implementation, development of business cases or improvement plans, and clear reporting to senior management, aligned with HSE values and continuous professional development.
